Date Calculator

Count the exact number of days between two dates — including business days — or jump forward and backward by any mix of years, months, weeks and days.

How it works

Dates are counted as whole calendar days, leap years included. The business-day count walks day by day between the two dates and skips Saturdays and Sundays — it does not account for federal holidays, which vary by employer and state.

When adding or subtracting, months and years are applied first (using the calendar, so January 31 plus one month lands on the last day of February), then weeks and days. That ordering matches how deadlines and contracts are usually written.

Days between = |Date B − Date A| ÷ 86,400,000 ms
